  • Where is my order?
    All of our products are handmade to order (with the exception of ready to ship items). As such, each order has a turnaround time to make and will not be sent immediately. Our processing time for all orders is 14 working days*. If you are concerned about your order, please email us at Please note that the processing time is the time taken to make your order (14 working days) and is separate from delivery time (Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class Postage). Royal Mail Standard 1st and 2nd class postage does not come with tracking. Please select Tracked Postage at checkout if you wish to be able to track your parcel. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel as being lost until it has been in transit for 10 working days. If your order has been dispatched and has not arrived within these 10 days please contact us. For international cutomers, parcels should arrive within 3-7 working days (depending on your location). ALL international parcels will be sent with Tracked postage as of 20/8/21. For international orders, if your parcel hasn't arrived within 25 days from receiving your dispatch email, please contact us. *Working days are Monday to Friday.
  • Can I amend my order?
    Of course! If you need to add, change, or remove something from your order, please email us as soon as possible at and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
  • What delivery options do you have?
    For UK residents, all parcels are sent with Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class postage. You can, however, opt to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class, or Tracked Delivery. Please note that Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Postage does not come with tracking. If you would like live tracking of your item, please select Tracked Postage at checkout. For our international customers, all parcels are sent with International Tracked & Signed.
  • I don't know what size to order!
    If you are unsure what size to order for an item, please email us at and we will assist! For Biothane Collars, please include your dogs neck measurement in the email.
  • Can I customise my toy?
    Yes! To customise colours follow these simple steps: Find the toy your dog would like the most. Using either the drop down menus or the "personalisation" box, detail the colours/pattern you would like. Place your order. If you would like to discuss your specific colour/pattern choices, send us an email at
  • Do you offer Wholesale?
    Yes we do! Please fill out the Trade form which can be found by going to the menu and selecting Trade. We will then email our Trade Pack to the email address provided.
